All sales are final. StandWoven does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on completed orders. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Why This Policy Applies

Each StandWoven set is customized at checkout: you choose pack size, shirt type (Stars or Stripes), and an individual size for every shirt in your order. Because each order is assembled to your specifications, we cannot resell returned merchandise.

Damaged, Defective, or Mis-Shipped Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong size, wrong shirt type, or missing items), contact us at support@standwoven.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace affected items at no additional cost. This is our Made-Right Guarantee and does not constitute a general return policy.

Restocking and Processing Fees

StandWoven does not charge restocking fees, return shipping fees, or processing fees because we do not accept returns on completed orders. Replacement of verified damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items is provided at no cost to you.

Refund Form and Timeline

StandWoven does not issue cash refunds, store credit, or exchanges on completed orders except where required by applicable law. Verified replacement items for damaged, defective, or mis-shipped orders ship at no charge; we respond to qualifying claims within 2 business days.
